As someone who’s picky about online orders matching the photos, I was really happy with this bag. It looked just like the pictures and there weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived.

I ordered my bag from myfoxbag.com and I’m happy with it. The quality feels solid, the stitching looks strong, and the material is nicer than I expected. I’ve been using it for a few days now and haven’t had any issues. I was a little worried before ordering, but that was totally avoidable because the bag turned out great.

It was okay overall, nothing terrible but nothing amazing either. The main issue was the slow delivery, which felt avoidable with better communication or planning...

The strap felt cheap to me and ended up breaking sooner than I expected. To be fair, the rest of it seemed okay for the price, but the strap definitely felt like the weak point.

I did reach out with a quick question, and support basically said something like, “You should be able to find it from the main menu,” which helped, but also kind of showed the menu could be more obvious.
A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the navigation felt a little clunky in spots. It’s not a bad site at all, just not quite as smooth or easy as I hoped it would be. I’d say 3 stars feels fair

The bag is easy enough to carry and doesn’t feel super heavy on its own, which I like. But once I put my laptop and charger in there, it gets bulky quickly. It’s fine for short trips or just running around for a bit, but I wouldn’t want to carry it all day. Also, when I had a question about it, I got transferred from one person to another, which was annoying and made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

The size fits me perfectly and I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s honestly "just right" for what I needed.

I didn’t even think I’d care that much, but now my phone, keys, wallet, lip balm, and all the random little things I carry around actually have their own spots. I usually end up digging through my bag in the parking lot or while standing in line somewhere, which is always annoying, but this makes it way easier. It’s a simple thing, but for everyday use it really does make a difference.

It showed up faster than I thought it would, so I’m not really sure why anyone would complain much about the shipping. The tracking did update a little late, which was slightly annoying, but the package still arrived quickly overall.

I’ve been using my Fox bag for a bit now and I got caught in light rain a couple of times, nothing crazy but enough that I was definitely checking the inside when I got home, and luckily everything stayed dry, which was a relief because I had my usual stuff in there and didn’t really want to find out the hard way that it couldn’t handle a little weather. I wouldn’t take it out in a proper downpour for hours or anything, but for normal daily use it seems to do the job. The zips feel decent too. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I wish they were clearer about how water resistant it actually is...

I got my bag today and the color is just like it looked on the website. I was a little worried it might be different in person, but my sister even noticed and said it matched the pictures really well. Super happy with it!

The bag showed up on time and looked pretty much like I expected from the photos. I’ve been using it for my work things, and the size has been just right. It kind of reminds me of that little new-bag feeling when you’re getting ready in the morning and everything has its place, which I liked.
The only thing that bugs me is the zipper. It was fine the first week, but now it catches on the corner every so often. It’s not broken, just one of those small annoyances that makes me pause and carefully close it instead of just zipping it up and heading out. For the price, I’m okay with it, but I do wish that part felt a bit better.
